The Shaun T program is a sixty day platform that does not require that you purchase any additional equipment. The only items needed will be the dvd discs and your body. This exercise program is not for everybody. If you have not kept yourself in the best shape, then it might not be to your advantage to instantly begin insanity. It might be too difficult for you to properly complete the course of study without risking trauma.
For those who are in shape, it is definitely feasible for you to begin using this platform as early as achievable.
